  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla

 

Directions:

To make the golden milk, simply mix all ingredients in a small saucepan or pot and bring to a boil. Strain the drink through a fine strainer into a mug and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
